How do I book?

We can set up our picnics anywhere within 20 kilometres from Perth CBD. You can choose your favourite location; it could be private such as your home or backyard, or a public spot such as a nice park.How long do your packages go for?
All packages are for a 3-hour time frame. However, you can arrange your picnic for a longer period for an additional fee. This must be arranged with us in advance to confirm availability.How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend making the reservation at least two weeks in advance. Keep in mind that depending on the season, our calendar can become significantly busy. Also, depending on availability, we can arrange last-minute bookings.Does your picnic packages include food?
Some of our picnics packages include grazing platters. Our platters include meats, cheeses and seasonal ingredients. However, you can bring and serve your own favourite type of food.What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
Rain can be a bit tricky, but we always suggest having a backup location or reschedule your picnic for different day according to our availability at the time. Changes due to the weather can be arranged 1-2 days before the event.
Hire and Equipment
The person that has made the booking has full responsibility for the hired equipment. If anything is broken, damaged, soiled or missing, payment will need to be made to replace the item.
A deposit (50% of invoice) is required to secure your booking. Until a deposit is received no booking will be confirmed or held.
For cancellations, your deposit will not be refunded (some exceptions apply). We are more than happy to change the day if we are given a week notice prior to the event date (7 days).
